Although Cabourg can be visited in a day, we recommend spending one or two nights, or even a vacation, in this seaside resort. The atmosphere is unique, especially in the evening and at sunrise. And there are plenty of places to see in the area!

This is an emblematic establishment.
This luxury hotel is steeped in over a century of history, and has played host to famous personalities such as Marcel Proust, who was inspired by its charm to write some of his most famous works.
We love this place, imbued with elegance and refinement, located almost with our feet in the sand. Wake up each morning to a view of the English Channel from your room, an irresistible invitation to relaxation and serenity.
The hotel is also famous for its gourmet restaurant, Le Balbec, which boasts a breathtaking sea view.

Why stay there?
Hotel Le Castel offers a very different experience. The hotel is very close to the beach but has no sea view. It is housed in a fully renovated mansion surrounded by a charming garden.
Located on a quiet street, hidden by greenery, it’s a great place to relax.
The rooms are spacious and the staff very pleasant.
What’s more, he has a well-developed spa offering in the adjoining house.
All the ingredients are there to recharge your batteries for the duration of your stay.

3. Hotel Château de la Bribourdière
Why stay there?
The Normandy countryside is a little jewel too often forgotten by travelers. It’s not just the seafront and the cities.
This small establishment in a beautiful manor house offers a peaceful, bucolic setting.
The rooms are spacious and bright. We love the simple, modern decor, which doesn’t distract from the beautiful materials and views of nature.
The hotel is located in Putot-en-Auge, a 10-minute drive from the center of Cabourg and the sea.

4. Thalazur Hotel
Why stay there?
For a hotel-resort experience, Thalazur is your best bet.
Enjoy sea-view rooms, just a stone’s throw from the beach, with indoor and outdoor pools and a thalassotherapy center.
It’s another very different experience. The hotel is larger (165 rooms) but still comfortable, with contemporary decor.
