About the atmosphere and the story

Michelin-starred chef David Gallienne welcomes you to the Jardin des Plumes restaurant, a showcase of softness and refinement. In this intimate, cosy cocoon designed by interior architect Philippe Papy, you’ll enjoy local, organic cuisine with an emphasis on short distribution channels.

About flavours

Following the rhythm of the seasons, the chef tells us the story of his native Normandy, between sea and countryside, bringing his terroir to life through 3 menus in 3, 5 and 7 tableaux, as he likes to call each part of the meal. The drinks menu features a wide range of wines, beers, aperitifs, ciders and house cocktails to accompany your dishes. We particularly liked the scallop and the Jerusalem artichoke mousse with honey.
