Chef Olivier Da Silva and his team welcomed us into a chic setting, where raw materials are given pride of place. Velvet armchairs, dark wood tables, large gilded sconces and a wood-planked ceiling adorn the main room, creating a warm ambience.<\/p>\n\n<p>In this refined, colorful setting, you&#8217;ll enjoy a cuisine that blends land and sea, with a hint of citrus to enhance the taste of local, seasonal produce on your plate.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/photos.smugmug.com\/Normandie-Lovers\/Rouen\/Restaurants\/n-tzFhbP\/LOdas\/i-mKcVZCS\/0\/5b9fbbe5\/L\/restaurant-l-odas-rouen-L.jpg\" alt=\"golden applique at L'Odas restaurant in Rouen\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>The extensive wine list showcases all the French wine regions, with many grands crus. Don&#8217;t hesitate to ask the sommelier for advice, and he&#8217;ll be delighted to guide you through the food and wine pairing process. He was a great help during our meal. In a beautiful half-timbered house, you&#8217;ll find Norman traditions revisited on your plate.
