It is a place where young and old alike can find their happiness among all the outdoor activities available in the castle grounds. Other decorative elements such as the mirror with golden moldings and this 18th century chandelier adorn the room. With an eye for detail, the coat rack was chosen to preserve the harmony between the shapes, colors and elegance of the objects displayed in the lobby before accessing the reception, rooms or dining areas.  <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/photos.smugmug.com\/Normandie-Lovers\/Bayeux\/Hotels\/i-fMPG2bs\/1\/1b574d5c\/L\/Cha&#x302;teau-de-Bellefontaine-Bayeux-088-L.jpg\" alt=\"Hall of the Bellefontaine castle in Bayeux\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>We particularly liked the cosy atmosphere of the Ch\u00e2teau&#8217;s bar. Our duplex suite was a perfect balance of what we were looking for in accommodation: comfort, elegance and practicality. The large French windows gave us a real feeling of airiness and height, with a nice view on the garden of the Castle.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/photos.smugmug.com\/Normandie-Lovers\/Bayeux\/Hotels\/i-kMhTS4p\/1\/04f5b425\/L\/Cha&#x302;teau-de-Bellefontaine-Bayeux-023-L.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>The practical aspect, in the duplex suite we had access to:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>a coffee machine with some capsules,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a kettle with small tea bags,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a refrigerator (with minibar for a fee).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/photos.smugmug.com\/Normandie-Lovers\/Bayeux\/Hotels\/i-PtBTWc4\/1\/90512c76\/L\/Cha&#x302;teau-de-Bellefontaine-Bayeux-022-L.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>No need to carry your hair dryer with you, the Ch\u00e2teau de Bellefontaine has everything in the bathrooms in addition to towels, hygiene products and bathroom scales. Also, you will have the choice between a walk-in shower on the first floor or a bathtub upstairs! We were more interested in a walk-in shower, and you?<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/photos.smugmug.com\/Normandie-Lovers\/Bayeux\/Hotels\/i-qVsHqKr\/1\/b28f12fc\/L\/Cha&#x302;teau-de-Bellefontaine-Bayeux-035-L.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>On the first floor, we had a second bathroom and a very spacious second bedroom with a balcony and a view of the manor.
