Slightly set back from the port of Honfleur, in one of the small picturesque streets <\/strong>that make the charm of the city, we had a real crush on this gastronomic restaurant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Saddle of lamb with garlic pistou – creamy polenta – chickpeas and carrots with cumin.<\/figcaption><\/svg><\/span><\/a><\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

The menu<\/strong> reflects the image of the restaurant and its chef, warm<\/strong>. We dare to marry textures and tastes by revisiting the recipes of Norman grandmothers<\/strong> and we magnify the seasonal vegetables<\/strong> for our greatest happiness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If this restaurant still exists after more than 20 years of existence, it is because its chef Vincent Guyon has <\/strong>been able to constantly question his cuisine in order to adapt it to the changing tastes of his customers. A success!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
