Many monuments and museums remain open in winter, but some may have reduced hours or may close temporarily. Be sure to check the visiting policies before your stay. You can visit the <a href=\"https:\/\/normandielovers.fr\/en\/museum-gros-horloge-rouen-clock\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Gros-Horloge<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/normandielovers.fr\/en\/rouen-cathedral-visit\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Rouen&#8217;s famous cathedral<\/a>, stroll through the historic center and discover the story of Joan of Arc. Temperatures in the mornings and at night are often close to 0\u00b0C, although severe frosts remain occasional.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Damp, gray days are common, although winter also brings some beautiful sunny spells. Be sure to bring a raincoat just in case.
