Tables are nestled in padded alcoves designed like train <strong>compartments<\/strong>. They take visitors on a journey through the flavours of Normandy, <strong>between beaches and pastures<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The cuisine here plays with the <strong>flavours<\/strong> of local produce and the <strong>lines<\/strong> and <strong>colors<\/strong> of the region. It is intended as a <strong>delicate and sensitive<\/strong> tribute to the producers. Above the <strong>leather banquettes<\/strong>, paintings and equestrian engravings set the tone. It&#8217;s <strong>chic<\/strong> and <strong>warm<\/strong>, with a touch of England about it.
