In our opinion, this is one of the <a href=\"https:\/\/normandielovers.fr\/en\/best-hotel-le-havre-where-stay\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">best hotels to stay at in Le Havre<\/a>. In our view, its main assets are..:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Its<\/strong> <strong>ideal<\/strong> <strong>location<\/strong> <strong>:<\/strong> in the heart of a district of Le Havre listed as a Unesco World Heritage Site, surrounded by buildings designed by Auguste Perret and facing the majestic \u00c9glise Saint-Joseph. Our review<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For us, H\u00f4tel Vent d&#8217;Ouest is well worth the detour. This is one of our favorite spa hotels in Le Havre! Its warm ambience, original decor, spa and location make it one of the city&#8217;s finest hotels. It&#8217;s a boutique hotel, and we love this type of accommodation where the service is always personalized, the staff attentive and the setting intimate.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The hotel is also within easy reach of several major tourist attractions, including<a href=\"https:\/\/normandielovers.fr\/en\/visit-church-saint-joseph-le-havre\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Saint-Joseph Church<\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/normandielovers.fr\/en\/visit-muma-museum-le-havre\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">MuMa<\/a> (Andr\u00e9 Malraux Museum of Modern Art). This makes it an ideal base for exploring the <a href=\"https:\/\/normandielovers.fr\/en\/best-things-do-le-havre-normandy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">city&#8217;s points of interest<\/a>. The atmosphere was warm and friendly. Indeed, we felt &#8220;right at home&#8221;. You&#8217;ll surely notice that the cosy setting invites you to relax and generates a most pleasant atmosphere.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/photos.smugmug.com\/Normandie-Lovers\/n-r2MKTJ\/Le-Havre\/Hotel-Vent-dOuest\/i-cCjm68Z\/0\/FbgNzCrWMhKqs3KR4DRhqhdpHpBGhkBscjMz79bvr\/L\/hotel-vent-d-ouest-le-havre-L.jpg\" alt=\"Hotel common areas\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each space has been decorated with care and impeccable attention to detail, helping to create a harmonious, soothing ambience. Bright colors and wood make way for common spaces. Note the many canvases on the walls, echoing Le Havre&#8217;s nickname of &#8220;ocean city&#8221;. In the heart of this major port city, the &#8220;Porte Oc\u00e9ane&#8221; building was designed by architect Auguste Perret as a real passageway between the city and the sea. We particularly liked the trompe-l&#8217;\u0153il library-effect wallpaper at the head of the bed, which was a real eye-catcher in the room! The antique wooden furniture and vintage dial telephone brought a touch of authenticity to our room.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/photos.smugmug.com\/Normandie-Lovers\/n-r2MKTJ\/Le-Havre\/Hotel-Vent-dOuest\/i-pcpZBZ8\/0\/CLNr9qTf56c9mNNfpf2jb2PjzbWjTK84nbTHpmTjr\/L\/Le_Havre_Hotel_vent_ouest_Chambre-L.jpg\" alt=\"bedroom and headboard\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The room was well equipped, with a TV, kettle, bottle of still water, coffee and tea bags, sugar and glass cups in the room. The vintage feel of the room, accentuated by the brown and beige tones of the ensemble and the striped bed linen and curtains, really appealed to us.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/photos.smugmug.com\/Normandie-Lovers\/n-r2MKTJ\/Le-Havre\/Hotel-Vent-dOuest\/i-rzKRtbb\/0\/CWq9kgnqTh2GjBDmXnWRDkgkpJXm5CnMd5STDdZZL\/L\/hotel-vent-douest-le-havre-chambre-L.jpg\" alt=\"view inside our room\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Comfortable armchairs allowed us to enjoy the view of the alley from our room. A beautiful art book was available for on-site consultation alongside an antique rotary telephone, adding character to the room.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img
